Whidbey Island Creative Retreat
Set along the sweeping bluffs of Ebey’s Reserve, the Whidbey Island Creative Retreat offers a spacious pause from the everyday. Gathering near the New Moon, we’ll explore themes of darkness, renewal, and the quiet beginnings that often emerge when we give ourselves permission to slow down and listen.
Our home for the weekend is the historic Colonel’s House at Camp Casey, where views of the water, nearby beaches, and coastal trails create a beautiful setting for reflection and restoration. Our time together will include yoga, art-making, writing, nourishing meals, meaningful conversation, and plenty of room to simply rest.
Through creative and contemplative practices, we’ll consider what we may be ready to release, what is asking to be renewed, and the people, practices, dreams, and inner wisdom that serve as guiding lights along the way.
Come as you are and leave restored, inspired, and carrying a little more light for the path ahead.

Central Spain & Interior Castle Tour
Step into the heart of Spain for a thoughtfully curated journey through Madrid, Segovia, Ávila, Toledo, and the quiet beauty of the Spanish interior.
This experience is designed for travelers who want more than a checklist of sights. Together, we will slow down, notice deeply, and enter into the rhythms of Spanish life through historic cities, shared meals, meaningful conversation, creative reflection, and time for rest.
Our journey begins at La Posada Retreat Center, where guests will have space to settle in, connect with one another, and ease into the experience. From there, we will explore some of Central Spain’s most beautiful and storied places—from the castle and aqueduct of Segovia to the walled city of Ávila, the layered history of Toledo, and the vibrant streets and plazas of Madrid.
Along the way, we will gather around tables, enjoy local food, walk ancient streets, make art in community, and reflect on the stories, architecture, landscapes, and connections that shape this region. There will be guided experiences, spacious afternoons, train rides through beautiful countryside, evenings in historic plazas, and opportunities to both explore and rest.
This tour is an invitation to be refreshed by beauty, encouraged by community, and enlivened by the history and culture of Central Spain.
